Glad to see people dressed in PURPLE! Hopefully you brought a snack that is purple. There are lots of good vitamins in various fruits to keep you healthy. Vitamins in Grapes have vitamins A, C, B6 and folate. They are loaded with protein that helps muscle growth. Plums contain potassium, iron and Vitamin E. Raisins are cholesterol free low in sodium and totally fat free. They contain iron and potassium essential for the cells in your body.
