Good evening parents/guardians:

Happy Mother’s Day !

Before I share news and dates, I want to take a moment to extend a THANK YOU to the Allenstown PTO for all of the amazing treats and contributions they made to our Staff Appreciation Week. They embraced a travel theme and we want them to know that ARD thinks the, “world” of them too!!!

On Friday, I reminded students about dress code expectations for summer/spring clothing and the importance of hygiene (especially deodorant). I also reviewed behavior expectations. There has been an increase in some behaviors which is not that unusual at this time of year. Some students begin to have anxiety about upcoming transitions and summer vacation. The weather has not helped either ! The kids need some decent weather so they can get outside and PLAY.

As we head into the final leg of the year, the calendar is filling up fast. Please read below for news and important dates you may want to note for your calendar.
